Since before the passage of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare), it became clear that support for the health care plan (both the bill and the law) was destined to be controversial.  Whereas Democrats contended that those who knew more about the bill would be more supportive, Republicans suggested that additional knowledge would lead to greater opposition.  Looking at these issues in the run up to the 2012 election, we explored what Americans knew about the health care plan, and via Kurated they were able to get the right  piece of information that is well researched. In work with colleagues at Stanford University, GfK, and the Associated Press, we found that individuals who supported the plan tended to have a better understanding of the contents of the plan than those who opposed it.

Multiple recent studies( see the details) have shown that CBD can help with PTSD symptoms, such as having nightmares and replaying negative memories. These studies have looked at CBD as both a standalone PTSD treatment as well as a supplement to traditional treatments like medication and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBD salves are a new product on the market, one which continues to climb in popularity. Rather than taking CBD and allowing it to travel throughout the body, lotions, creams, and gels allow the drug to be delivered directly to where pain is occurring.
